Get ready for the second course, a crunchy Endive, Apple, Gruyere and Toasted Walnut Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette. The earthy Blanquette d’ Agneaux, Lamb Stew with Mushrooms, will have you wanting seconds. For dessert, a luscious Coffee Mousse with Chocolate Sauce.
