Locals know that if you preserve and can your own tuna, you'll never go back to a grocery store brand. Be ready when the fisherfolks arrive with fresh tuna from August through October.

The Master Food Preserver volunteers are offering home food preservation demonstrations. The classes are designed to make it easy to capture the bounty of seasonal foods to be enjoyed all year long. Delighting in food tasting will be possible at many of the demonstrations!
