Many people have apple trees in Humboldt County. This class will show you various ways to preserve apples and enjoy them all winter long!

The Master Food Preserver volunteers are offering home food preservation demonstrations. The classes are designed to make it easy to capture the bounty of seasonal foods to be enjoyed all year long. Delighting in food tasting will be possible at many of the demonstrations!
