The Waste Reduction Resource Awareness Program also known as WRRAP is hosting a Zero Waste Conference on the HSU campus from Nov 5 - 9, 2018. This year's theme is Waste Not, Want Not: Redefining Waste In The Age Of Capitalism. This conference seeks to expand the definition and understanding of what it means to waste within the discourage of globalized capitalism. We often think of "waste" as items bound for the landfill, but we seek to go beyond this notion and ask when we create "waste", what else is wasted? 

The North Coast Co-op is sponsoring the Zero Waste Banquet on Monday, November 5 from 6 - 8 pm in the KBR.
