May is Bike Month, so, tune up your bike, get outside and enjoy that fresh air! The Bike Month Humboldt Coalition has some fun and socially distanced activities planned throughout the month of May. There is something for every skill level, and family friendly activities! Physical copies of the events calendar are available at both Co-op locations (Customer Service) and local bicycle shops. Here are a few ways you can get involved with Bike Month!
Attach the bike plate to your handlebars! It’s like a high-five or nod to participating Bike Month Humboldt bicyclists! Bike plates are available at both Co-op locations (Customer Service), local bicycle shops, and your local City Hall (from Trinidad to Rio Dell).
Bike Ride Bingo
To participate in Bike Ride Bingo, follow the rules, complete the bingo card, and submit your entry by June 5, 2021 for a chance to win a prize! You can pick up your bingo card at both Co-op locations (Customer Service), and local bicycle shops.
Bike Scavenger Hunt
The scavenger hunt starts at the Eureka Co-op on May 16, 2021 at 9am! Complete the scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes! There are 3 skill levels available to participate in!
Track Your Miles with Love to Ride
Visit www.lovetoride.net/humboldt and create an account. Once you log-in, you can record your miles. Compete all month long as an individual in the National Bike Challenge and Humboldt Bike Challenge for a chance to win prizes!

North Coast Co-op Alternative Transportation Stamp Card
Good for $5 off a purchase at the Co-Op after collecting 15 stamps by walking, riding the bus, and of course, biking to the Co-op!
