Sweet Creek Foods Recall

Sweet Creek foods has announced a voluntary recall of its Organic Sweet Relish.  The product comes as a 12oz jar and is labeled with UPC # 882511 10603.  Please note that this is a quality recall and not a food safety issue. 

Sweet Creek Foods has cited the reason for its recall as a quality control issue with a specific ingredient (celery seed) that may give the relish a bitter or “off” flavor. 

If you have purchased Sweet Creek Foods’ Organic Sweet Relish within the last 30 days, please return the product to either North Coast Co-op location for a full refund.  SCF Organic Sweet Relish is available in both our Arcata and Eureka stores, and the affected jars have been removed from the shelves.
